Reading Goals and Other Updates

Hello Everyone!

I would just like to take some time to congratulate my grade four students on a fantastic effort with their reading goals. I have never taught a class that has read over 10,000 pages in one month. Let alone 13,500 pages! This is a tremendous accomplishment and I thank everyone for their efforts. By reading at home, I know that you reading will only grow!

I hope that everyone enjoyed the movies that were sent home. There are a few more movies that need to be burned and should be around shortly. I know that the students had a great time making their movies and we all learned a lot along the way. Right now, students are putting finishing touches on their final scripts. They have certainly come a long way!

We are cruising right along with math and having fun with data management. We will be studying the different types of graphs and how to successfully conduct a survey.

Thank you for all of your support! Lisgar is truly the best place to be!
