Minecraft is a Sandbox related game, which means, you can build, mine, craft thus its name “Minecraft”. Minecraft was first a 6-12 month project, started by Markus “Notch” Persson in 2009. Then a year later, Notch’s company “Mojang” was started. Minecraft was published for 4 different platforms.
